Fort Capital Partners is pleased to announce that Inform Brokerage Inc. (“Inform”) has partnered with Premium Brands Holding Corporation (TSX:PBH) (“Premium Brands”).
Founded in 1984, Inform is one of the largest independent food brokerage and re-distribution platform in Canada. Inform has over 50 employees across the country and offers National coverage with customers in retail, convenience and food service sectors.
The partnership will provide Inform with additional resources to support its continued growth and will also enable Inform to pursue new opportunities for its existing principals through access to Premium Brands’ broad and diversified customer base, which includes national, regional and specialty grocery retailers, restaurants, hotels and institutional customers across North America.
