QuestEx Gold & Copper Ltd. (“QuestEx” or the “Company”) (TSXV: QEX) has completed a non-brokered private placement (the “Offering“) of flow-through and non flow-through common shares for gross proceeds of $11,110,420.
Skeena Resources Limited participated in the Offering. Skeena acquired a total of 5,547,142 common shares, representing 14.0% of the Company’s issued and outstanding common shares on a non-diluted basis. This funding is a key milestone for the company in unlocking value through exploration on the company’s prospective land package.
The Company’s largest shareholder, Newmont Corporation, also participated in the Offering to maintain its 16.1% equity ownership interest in QuestEx on a non-diluted basis.
Fort Capital acted as financial advisor to QuestEx with respect to the Offering.
