QuestEx Gold & Copper Ltd. (“QuestEx” or the “Company”) (TSXV: QEX) has completed a non-brokered private placement (the “Offering“) of flow-through and non flow-through common shares for gross proceeds of $11,110,420.

Skeena Resources Limited participated in the Offering. Skeena acquired a total of 5,547,142 common shares, representing 14.0% of the Company’s issued and outstanding common shares on a non-diluted basis. This funding is a key milestone for the company in unlocking value through exploration on the company’s prospective land package.

The Company’s largest shareholder, Newmont Corporation, also participated in the Offering to maintain its 16.1% equity ownership interest in QuestEx on a non-diluted basis.

Fort Capital acted as financial advisor to QuestEx with respect to the Offering.


QuestEx is a gold and copper exploration stage mining company focused on the Golden Triangle and Toodoggone areas of British Columbia. The property portfolio includes the Castle Property, a porphyry copper-gold project located in the Red Chris mining district of the Golden Triangle, and the GJ property. Other properties include KSP, North ROK, ROK-Coyote, and Kingpin in British Columbia. These assets are being advanced by a newly assembled technical and management team with experience in exploration, permitting and discovery.
