Kyle Rookes

Kyle is a career investment banker with over 15 years of investment banking experience advising and raising capital for both early-stage private companies and large established public entities. Kyle has broad deal experience across several sectors including energy, renewables, technology, industrials, and agribusiness. He has a significant amount of experience in M&A, deal structuring, and capital raising, having closed more than 50 advisory mandates and more than 100 financings. Kyle has also been an independent board member to multiple start-ups that have successfully raised early-stage growth capital and found strategic exits.

Kyle holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a dual major in Risk Management & Finance from the University of Calgary.
