Fort Capital Partners is pleased to announce the closing of the sale of Petroleum Processors Inc. (PPI) to RJ Oil Inc.

PPI was formed in 2010 to establish and grow a waste management business servicing the oil and gas industry in northwestern Alberta. In August 2012, the company acquired what became the Doris 7-2-63-5W5 oilfield Waste Management Facility located 75 km southeast of Swan Hills, AB.

PPI retained Fort Capital to explore strategic alternatives. Fort Capital solicited potential strategic interest and advised on the structuring, negotiating and closing of the transaction.
