Fort Capital Partners is pleased to announce that Cast Steel Products (“CSP”), a portfolio company of Yellow Point Equity Partners, has been acquired by UCC Environmental.
CSP is a leading global supplier of innovatively engineered cast, forged and fabricated products designed to resist wear, abrasion and heat. The company is a trusted provider to the world’s mining, mineral processing, and related sectors. CSP’s head office is in Edmonton with additional engineering, manufacturing and sales facilities in Montreal, Florida, China, Brazil and South Africa.
Since Yellow Point’s investment in 2013, CSP has made significant inroads with tier 1 global mineral processors, broadened its geographic footprint, and expanded its product offering into high-growth categories.
CSP was acquired by UCC Environmental, a global leader in environmental solutions and replacement parts for solids handling, wastewater treatment, and air pollution control technologies in power generation, mining, steel and other heavy industrial markets.
