Foster’s Agri-World Ltd. (“Agri-World” or the “Company”) has refinanced senior credit facilities from a Canadian chartered bank and a global vendor finance institution. Three facilities were completed over the course of nine months including a construction loan for the Fairview Supercentre in Fairview, Alberta in September 2019, vendor finance facilities in January 2020, and an increased bank operating facility in April 2020. Agri-World now has access to expanded credit facilities on attractive terms. The size of the credit facilities are undisclosed.
Fort Capital Partners acted as Credit Advisor to Agri-World assisting the Company in financing and re-financing all of its borrowings while improving terms, including: pricing, security requirements, covenants and increased limits.
