Fort Capital Partners is pleased to announce that Redbrick, based in Victoria, British Columbia, has acquired Leadpages.
Based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Leadpages is a marketing-focused, no-code website builder enabling entrepreneurs and small-business marketers to easily build and publish websites with a focus on generating leads and transforming clicks into customer. The platform currently has over 40,000 users with annual revenue of $18M USD.
With the acquisition, Leadpages will operate under the Redbrick portfolio and shared-services model with their 40-person team continuing to operate out of Minnesota.
The acquisition marks the addition of another digital company to Redbrick’s growing portfolio, bringing Redbrick’s annual revenue run rate to $80M CAD in 2020.
